Company Profile
Talent Management has been the foundation on which IQ has built its reputation within the industry today. With the company’s origin in the Australian marketplace in 1991, IQ has forged strong ties with the Australian sport, corporate and media landscape. IQ has always operated its Talent business on a very boutique basis offering a holistic and intimate service tailored to client’s needs of a commercial and personal nature.

Throughout time, IQ has ventured down various roads capitalising on opportunities presented that are consistent with its skill set and knowledge base. These opportunities include Event Management for the Uncle Tobys Super Series, Hospitality Sales for the 2003 Rugby World Cup, exclusive Sales Agent for the Football Federation of Australia from 2004 to 2008 and various Sponsorship Consultancies for blue chip clients assisting them design their sponsorship programs aligned to key objectives to maximise the effectiveness of the sponsorship.

Fundamental to the success of IQ has been its understanding of sponsorship and willingness to continually learn and embrace new trends and research. Sponsorship is definitely part of the mainstream of marketing communication and deserves a sophisticated understanding and approach which is IQ’s specialty.

We have been very fortunate to have met some wonderful people and represented some inspirational, personable and modest talent who have allowed the company to develop a network of industry contacts and learning’s.

Since 1996, Managing Director, Chris White, has been the majority shareholder. Chris’ long time friend and associate, John Eales, is a fellow shareholder.

IQ is currently concentrating its business efforts in maintaining and developing its endeavors in Talent and Sponsorship Management.
